大家好

You know it is humid outside when your hands shrivle up like prunes just from washing them. Hahah

This past week has been good here for us! Brother B that I talked about last week passed his baptismal interview and will be getting baptized this next Saturday! His little kids are really starting to fit in with the ward and meet some good friends. In the interview Brother B expressed to the missionary how much he loves Russell M. Nelson! He said he loves to often sit down and listen to the prophet's words!

This is Elder Wightman's last week in the field so we are going to be working hard to finish strong!

This past sunday we had a Stake leader come and speak in the ward.  He talked about his love for the church, the blessings it has brought in to his life, how the sacrament can heal, and how much he loves being able to participate in the sacramental ordinance ever week. He said "Everyone should appreciate the oppportunity to pass the sacrament, you represent the Lord sharing His blessing with everyone through you." This statement hit me hard, do we realize that the little priesthood boys walking around carry such a big responsibilty? Do I truly know what this sacred ordinance symbolizes? Do I take it this reverently? These are the questions that I asked myself as he was speaking.  The sacrament is a way for us to start over, try again, and pick ourselves up every week! This short little experience at the beginning of sacrament meeting can become a way to repent, personal examination, renew the promises we made with God, feel more peace than any other place, and come closer to Heavenly Father. It can help us to progress in a way that will lead us to the most happiness possible, and qualify us for the companionship of the Holy Ghost. So, if you are looking for peace and guidance in life, make it a priority to take the sacrament every week!

Love you all!
