Earthquakes and Fires! and...過年快到了！(Almost Chinese New Year!)

Hello! Sorry it has been a while since I have written a letter! Until I got to Taiwan I had never been in an earthquake, and now I have felt a couple this week!  Wednesday there was a huge fire that burned down a bunch of apartments and a Taoist temple, that night we also saw a car accident.  Let's just say, We thought the world was coming to an end on Wednesday haha!!

Tuesday we had zone conference, which was soo awesome!  President Teh talked about the importance of using the Book of Mormon in teaching the Doctrine of Christ.  Elder Densley and I did a training on "what it will take to make the Doctrine of Christ the catalyst for accomplishing our Missionary Purpose." We had a big discussion on things we can do to be more converted to the Doctrine we teach and converted to Christ. It was very inspiring to hear all of the thoughts of the missionaries in our zone.

Wednesday and Thursday we went on exchanges. I went with Elder Wu from Taipei.  We came out on our missions the same day!  He is a super great Elder and works hard!  I love to share the Gospel with people from Taiwan,  He can connect on a different level with the people, because he's Taiwanese!. Especially when they are converts to the church.  Elder Wu and his mom joined the church when he was 11.  He has a strong testimony of the Savior!

Friday and Saturday we went on another exchange. I went with Elder George from California.  He has been out a little longer than me.  We works really hard and we met some very cool people!

Last night we had a face-to-face broadcast with President and Sister Teh. It was super cool to listen to them answer some doctrinal questions, His knowledge of the scriptures is incredible!
